Our "Mind the Music" program is dedicated to supporting young people facing mental health and well-being challenges by harnessing the therapeutic and uplifting qualities of music. These take place every Thursday, 3.30-5.30pm on a drop in basis.

What you'll learn

Basics of music production and technology or DJing

Express yourself through music, finding a powerful outlet for your emotions

Develop your confidence and skills, helping you face life's challenges with resilience

Connect with like-minded peers, fostering a sense of belonging

Grow and heal through the transformative power of music during weekly 2-hour sessions

None required, just a self referral of suffering with mental health or wellbeing issues and be 18+.

Can I come to this session even if I don't have mental health or wellbeing issues? 

No - we suggest you check out our Recharge drop in sessions instead, which are open to everyone 18-25 with an interest in music production or DJing.
