What is Houghton Festival?
After a very successful event in 2022, Houghton Festival is back on the 10-13th August this year. Curated by British electronic wizard Craig Richards, who also produces the much loved Gottwood, Houghton has gained a reputation as one of the must-go-to electronic festivals. More than 200 acts have been announced for 2023, with non-stop music from Friday to Sunday. This includes festival favourites Ricardo Villalobos, Zip, Ben UFO, Helena Hauff, Bobby, Sonja Moonear, Jane Fitz, Francesco Del Garda and many others.
What can you expect?
1. Comprehensive Training: Take part in our weekly training sessions, where you will receive in-depth guidance and knowledge in various festival-related roles. From stage managing to sound tech, artist liaison to general festival operations, our training will equip you with essential skills and industry insights.
2. Work experience: Put your newly acquired skills into action as you become an integral part of the Houghton Festival team for an exhilarating 7-day experience. Immerse yourself in the vibrant festival atmosphere, collaborate with professionals, and contribute to the success of this renowned event.

When?
Trainings: 1 hour on Zoom every Wednesday in July. Dates and timings to be confirmed.
Festival: 8th - 14th August 2023
Who are we looking for?
1. Someone who is 18+ years of age.
2. Someone who is able to attend all the trainings and is committed towards their role at the festival.
3. Someone who enjoys music festivals.
