David Lintern aka Yimkin aka a CM foundation degree tutor, has spent the last 5 months writing original music and sound design for a feature film called SHELL SHOCK, made by pixie films. 

Established art director turned writer-director James Price, and Bullet Boy producer Mani Sohanpal have made a powerful film about Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, suffered by soldiers in conflict zones.

The music charts the protagonists’ journey through modern Japan (where the film is set) and powerful flashback sequences illustrating his mental collapse.

The premiere screened at Bafta on the 6th February, and the film is now released to Cannes and other festivals during the rest of 2009.
