East Beats End of Term Sharing Performance
Friday 11th of May was a chance for students taking part in the East Beats project to share and enjoy the music made during a successful second 10-week term.
The evening performance was held in the relaxed and informal setting of the Brady Arts Centre Café, and gave a unique opportunity for students from the live music and electronic production classes and their guests to listen to each other’s music, perform tracks and get feedback from peers and tutors alike.

Students were asked to write and create original pieces of music based around two of the Olympic themes for London 2012.
The two themes chosen for this term were Determination and Friendship.

We would like to congratulate all the students taking part for their hard work over the term and thank them for their positive attitude and creativity.

CM has been awarded a Transformers grant, funded by The National Lottery, through the Olympic Lottery Distributor, and managed by East London Business Alliance.
